Punishment!

I can’t wait to hear what the doctor says about the puncture wound on my calf tomorrow. I am chomping at the bit to get out on the road and pound some proverbial pavement (idioms, idioms, idioms). Last night, instead of doing the usual (i.e. running), I read about deception in adverts and in the media (think: political campaigns; big business newspapers championing one thing over another due to money, readership interest & identification, etc. (e.g. Steve Job’s death vs. legal scholar and  minority right’s advocate Derrick Bell’s death); adverts lending to skewed values of the general population, etc.). Pretty interesting…
