My desk at work… Messy from planning a 500km bike trip from Seoul to Busan for the Korean Chuseok holiday (the 29th of September through the 3rd of October). 3 days after that I will be running a 10K in Osan. Busy times over here, but life is good…

Student: Siid-a-ney Teacher, why do you have dots?
Me: I was born with them. Why do you have black hair?
Student: Everyone has black hair. (Looks around at the other students. Students nod in affirmation.)
Me: But I wasn’t born with black hair.
Student: You dye it.
Me: No. I was born with red hair.
Student: Oh, you’re different. Does everyone in America have dots and red hair?
