  • 4 mile (6.5 km) run
  • 3 sets of 15 squat/lunges
  • 3 sets of 15 Self.com’s “Booty Boosters”*
  • 3 sets of 15 standing oblique crunches
  • 5 (15 sec.) pull up “holds”

* I wish Self.com had more informative names for their exercises. If you are interested in knowing the actual move, post a comment with your email and I will send you a detailed description/picture.
