This is going to sound like a crazy question but do you do these additional exercises pre or post run? I need to start incorporating these types of exercises in my routine and was wondering when the best time would be. Good job on the 4 mile run! 🙂
It really depends on my level of energy. I *should* be doing them pre-run, so that I can really focus on executing the moves as accurately as possible. That being said, my main focus is training for a marathon, so I try to conserve my energy for running. Long story short, I usually end up doing the auxiliary exercises post-run. hahah– hope this helps!
