100 Workout Review

Did the 100 Workout. I was certain that the squats were going to kill me, but ultimately it was the leg lifts that made me cry “uncle.” At the 35th lift, I had to take a 30 second breather and at the 60th my legs were shaking from the exertion of my core. I must have blacked out during the final 10 because I don’t know how I managed to finish… As I was heading out for the running portion of the workout, a medium-sized cobra slithered past my front gate (#onlyinthailand). That little adrenaline rush was all I needed to get my butt into gear for a kick ass race-pace run.

The workout was definitely a satisfying way for me to take a “rest” between training runs. But, truth be told, there was a dry patch on my sports bra, which in muggy Thailand I will take as proof that I need to improve upon this workout for next time. Maybe throwing in an additional exercise and calling it the 120 Workout or the Amended 100 Workout. Got any ideas?
