The 100 Workout

I am going to try a new workout today. It’s called, quite un-originally, The 100 Workout. Essentially it consists of jumping jacks, crunches, squats, and leg lifts. Let me break it down for you:
I am going to give it a try today (more like after the sun sets when Thailand is less like Hell’s sauna) and I will report back to you tomorrow about how it went.
